Folk Duo Waltz Mini Concert

The other day (October 12th) at the Kikuchi Valley Visitor Center, Kikuchi was held for the fourth time this year. Resident folk dio “Waltz” held a mini concert♪ The combination of the valley location and the music played by Waltz was soothing ♪

Kikuchi Valley Pizza Baking Experience October 20th (Sun)

We held a pizza baking experience the other day (October 20th) at the Kikuchi Valley Visitor Center!

The first 40 people participated, both domestic and international, young and old, men and women!

Pizza is also good in the valley.

Kikuchi Valley light-up “Fantasy Night” will be held!

``The nighttime illumination event, which was popular last year, will be held again this year from November 1st to November 10th (Sunday). The scale has been expanded from last time, including the event period, so please come and visit us! ” Would you like to be healed in a fantastic illuminated world? Work theme: Photos that allow you to feel the scenery and four seasons of Kikuchi Valley! !

Target: Anyone can apply, regardless of whether they are professionals or amateurs.

Standards: A4 size or smaller (within 210mmx297mm)

Memories of summer vacation spent walking around and having fun in "Furusato Kikuchi" with friends and family!

Since this is not a contest, we will display the entries at the visitor center as soon as we receive the entries.

Scheduled exhibition period: Application reception - October 31st (Thursday)

On Sunday, July 28th, we held an "exploration event" that focused on observing plants within Kikuchi Valley. Five people, three adults, one university student, and one junior high school student, participated in this fun plant observation session, listening to explanations and talks from the prefectural forest instructors! In addition, we are currently accepting applications for the second exploration event on Sunday, August 25th (on a first-come, first-served basis, and applications will close as soon as capacity is reached), so we look forward to your participation.

Singer-songwriter (ukulele player) “Nicky☆Boliban” mini live will be held!! Saturday, May 11, 2020 (starting at 13:00)

She started playing the ukulele in high school, hoping to develop a style that She could sing anywhere.
Nicky Bolivan, who has a distinctive husky voice, sings original songs and covers on YouTube and live events.
A 19-year-old singer-songwriter who aims to become a chameleon-like musician who can sing any song regardless of genre!

A very popular project every year! As an experience that does not require electricity or gas, the event will be held as a place for people to experience the ``joy of making pizza'' and ``joy of eating'' and to think about the importance of food through a ``pizza making experience'' baked in a stone oven.
